1. Is Nivoura Luxury Hair Oil 100% organic? Yes. Nivoura Luxury Hair Oil is made with pure, organic ingredients, free from harmful chemicals, sulphates, and artificial additives — safe for regular use on all hair types.

2. How do I use the hair oil? Apply a small amount to your scalp and hair, massage gently for 5–10 minutes, and leave it on for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight for best results) before washing it out. For visible results, use consistently 2–3 times a week.

3. How long will one bottle (150ml) last? With regular use (2–3 times a week), one 150ml bottle typically lasts 4–6 weeks, depending on hair length and thickness.

4. Do you ship all over Pakistan? Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan.

5. What payment methods do you accept? We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

6. How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

7. Can I return or exchange the product? Since Nivoura Hair Oil is a 100% organic, personal-care product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you've received the wrong product, please email us at nivourabynoor@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the product. We'll review and assist you promptly.
